Zen Doodle Art Class (suitable for teens and adults)
Awaken your inner artist! Learn a calming, almost meditative new hobby where there are no mistakes! Zen Doodle is an inspirational art form consisting of a deceptively simple drawing style that produces an impressive piece of art in just one sitting. Using ink and pencil, anyone can quickly learn the three or four step repetitive patterns to create a foolproof and visually stunning piece. No rulers, no erasers, no worries! Not only is tangling fun, but the rhythmic simplicity allows one’s mind to relax and the creativity to flow.
This two hour beginner-level class will guide you, step-by-step, to produce a 5” x 7” piece of art suitable for framing. Once you see how easy it is, you will dive into tangling projects of all kinds on your own, from mixed media to mindful mendalas!
I currently teach this class Saturdays at Hobby Lobby in Dunwoody, GA. I have taught this class at The Open Mind Center in Roswell, GA, as well.
